感謝信

　　感謝信是一種禮儀文書，用于商務(wù)活動(dòng)中的許多非協(xié)議的合同中，一方受惠于另一方，應(yīng)及時(shí)地表達(dá)謝忱，使對(duì)方在付出勞動(dòng)后得到心理上的收益，它是一種不可少的公關(guān)手段。感謝信是集體單位或個(gè)人對(duì)關(guān)心、幫助、支持本單位或個(gè)人表示衷心感謝的函件。感謝信是文明的使者，從文體來(lái)說(shuō)，它屬于應(yīng)用文體。在日常生活和工作中，得到人家的幫助和支持，可用這種文體“感謝”一下。它與表?yè)P(yáng)信有許多相似之處，所不同的是感謝信也有表?yè)P(yáng)信的意思，但是重點(diǎn)在感謝。

　　這類應(yīng)用文是有套句的：

　　致謝內(nèi)容，交代感謝原因：

　　I am writing to tell you how much I enjoyed the weekend in your village.

　　I am writing to express my appreciation for all that you did for me during my visit in Shanghai.

　　I am writing to tell you how much I appreciate your hospitality.

　　Thank you so much for your assistance/ for the information your gave us.

　　進(jìn)一步解釋對(duì)方的幫助給自己帶來(lái)的好處，再次致謝， 回饋承諾：

　　Please accept my warmest thanks,I hope I have the chance to reciprocate your kindness.

　　點(diǎn)評(píng)：本類的主要思路是：感謝對(duì)方的幫助(或簡(jiǎn)述對(duì)方幫助的內(nèi)容，即寫作目的)，緊接著簡(jiǎn)述對(duì)方如何幫助到了自己，自己的收獲是什么，最后還是不要忘記再次感謝or“謹(jǐn)以美好祝愿”啦～
