　　建議信 Letter of Advice

　　建議信是對(duì)收信人就某一問(wèn)題提出看法、建議或忠告。建議信不同于投訴信，所以寫(xiě)信人一定要注意禮貌當(dāng)先。建議信一般包括以下內(nèi)容：首先說(shuō)明寫(xiě)信的目的，其次，在肯定優(yōu)點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上提出自己的建議或看法(否則別人以為你在投訴，而不是在提建議)，最后表達(dá)希望采納建議。

　　寫(xiě)作“三步走”： 自我介紹、說(shuō)明目的—>委婉地提出建議及改進(jìn)措施，或提出忠告—>禮貌地總結(jié)或期盼回復(fù)

　　Tips:

　　提建議畢竟不是投訴，所以語(yǔ)言一定要委婉、禮貌，顧及他人感情。在提出缺點(diǎn)之前，最好先肯定其優(yōu)點(diǎn)

　　Write a litter to your university library, making suggestions for improving its service. You should write about 100 words on ANSWER SHEET 2.

　　Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use ―Li Ming‖ instead. Do not write the address.

　　As a student of this university, I would like to take the opportunity to express my appreciation for your kind assistance as always. Meanwhile, I feel that it would be beneficial to express my views concerning the quality of the library service.

　　In the first place, I find that most keyboards of the library computers are in poor operation, which brings much inconvenience to the users. I would also recommend the library to improve the efficiency of purchasing new books and subscribing to academic journals. Last but not least, the study rooms need to be furnished with a better lighting system. I hope that you take my suggestions into serious consideration. Yours sincerely, Li Ming

I would be more than happy if my proposal could be considered and positive changes take place in these regards.
