I am an undergraduate student majoring in Religious Taoism in the Department of Religious Studies of our university. The purpose of my letter is to propose several conducive suggestions regarding how to improve students’ physical health.

Above all, it is necessary for college students to choose jogging, playing basketball, swimming, skating, climbing or riding as their regular exercises in that exercise never fail to make us stronger and more energetic. What is more, since a balanced diet and sufficient sleep are both indispensable to physical fitness, university students should put great emphasis on good habits.

2014年的大作文從總體上來(lái)看不難，因?yàn)樗疾榈搅爽F(xiàn)在的一個(gè)社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)。而且從十年的考研真題來(lái)講，2005年的大作文考查到的是贍養(yǎng)老人的問(wèn)題，當(dāng) 年的圖畫(huà)是可憐的老父親縮成了一只皮球，四個(gè)兒女守著四個(gè)球門(mén)，老人被兒女們踢來(lái)踢去。當(dāng)年全國(guó)考生平均分10.88分，難度系數(shù)0.544，區(qū)分度為 0.64764。當(dāng)年的描述圖畫(huà)部分比較難表達(dá)，而今年圖畫(huà)描述部分相比起來(lái)就容易得多。下面我們就從寫(xiě)作的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三段式來(lái)講講這三段我們應(yīng)該怎么寫(xiě)。

第一段圖畫(huà)描述段的寫(xiě)作內(nèi)容主要是表述圖畫(huà)，需包括兩點(diǎn)：三十年前是個(gè)什么樣子，現(xiàn)在是什么樣子。三十年前“我”還是個(gè)孩子，母親大手拉小手陪伴著我成 長(zhǎng);現(xiàn)在，母親上年紀(jì)了，我快樂(lè)地陪伴在母親的身旁。其實(shí)第一段還有兩個(gè)需要注意的地方，一是題目要求是一幅圖，大家在寫(xiě)作時(shí)盡量按照一幅圖畫(huà)去處理;二 是圖畫(huà)下面的漢字“相攜”比較難翻譯，不過(guò)大家可以意譯為陪伴。這兩個(gè)地方不是大問(wèn)題，因?yàn)樗鄬?duì)于作文要考查考生書(shū)面表達(dá)的要求來(lái)說(shuō)是微不足道的。

第二段是圖畫(huà)涵義闡釋段。本段可分兩個(gè)方面來(lái)具體寫(xiě)。一方面具體寫(xiě)明要照顧老人，因?yàn)樗麄優(yōu)槲覀兏冻隽俗约旱那啻?另一方面，我們要關(guān)愛(ài)兒童的成長(zhǎng)，因?yàn)樗麄兪俏覀兊奈磥?lái)，祖國(guó)的希望。

第三段評(píng)論段的寫(xiě)作內(nèi)容為給出自己的評(píng)論和建議?？梢灾赋瞿贻p人應(yīng)該把尊重和照顧
